Triple Baptism

Tatum was baptized at the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic church on Sunday, October 3rd in a very unique way. She was baptized with her cousins Abigail and Lincoln. It started out as Abigail's big day only. Because Mike and Carey were moving from Washington D.C. to Chicago during that time and Carey and her kids were coming to Denver for a month, it was decided to then have Lincoln baptized that day as well. When Tatum was born, it was again decided to throw one more into the mix!

Not only was it unique because the three of them were baptized together (by a Polish priest by the way!), but because us adults were all godparents for each other. Abigail's godparents were Joe and I, Lincoln's godparents were Greg and I, and Tatum's godparents were Mike and Carey. It was so cool to have all of us there and experience this together with all of our parents. We feel so honored to have been chosen to be Abigail's and Lincoln's godparents and hope we can lead them down the path of Christ and instill upon them the virtues, beliefs, and faith of the Catholic church. And we feel extremely blessed to have Mike and Carey take on the role to Tatum as well.
