Just a quick note to write down the recent events in the Phillips fam. Under contract for building a house. Lease at rental ending. Landlord won't do a month-to-month rental. So we move. To a house in the middle of it being flipped. It's chaotic. Then we do it again in 4 months. Yay for us. NOT!
